SALT's management team provides our clients with a pain free approach to all of your home and yacht care needs. SALT manages critical aspects of home and yacht care so you are free to enjoy what you worked for! For a monthly fee, SALT will manage all aspects of your home and yacht care needs, using our contractors or yours, and providing a single monthly bill for all services. Salt offers a complete range of home, yacht, and personal services to our clients. All services offered are grouped within three distinct categories: proactive, scheduled, and emergency.

Proactive Services are items that will be pre-selected by our clients to be automatically performed by SALT contractors. Ongoing services will occur each month without notice, while seasonal services will be detailed to the homeowner on the previous month's invoice.

Scheduled Services include items that are typically not ongoing, such as home improvements, yacht improvements, or personal services. We have relationships with the best service providers our area offers, and we'll ensure that all work is performed to your satisfaction.

Emergency Services are those items that are unplanned by the homeowner, and typically occur at a time when you need SALT the most. SALT has on-call professional contractors who are available to respond to your emergency promptly. One call to SALT and we'll send you the right contractor at the right price. This service is especially useful during hurricane season. Although SALT is not able to guarantee the safety of your assets during a hurricane we will do our best to secure your home and yacht so they sustain minimal damage if any.

The items included in the Scheduled Services List are merely a sampling of what SALT can do for you, so be sure to ask if you don't see a needed service listed. SALT's management team wants you to enjoy your home and/or yacht so we make ownership significantly easier for our clients, by managing the less appealing tasks.

Scheduled services include:

• Security checks of your home
• Housekeeping
• Window cleaning
• Landscaping
• General Maintenance
• Scheduling, and supervision of special projects
• Contractor procurement
• Yacht maintenance items
• Pest control
• Installation and engineering of power back up systems (Generators, up to 45kw)
• And much more!

SALT believes that a proper knowledge of each individual's home and yacht is crucial to providing personalized, professional service. Upon initiation of the contract, SALT will complete a detailed home report to be entered into our database.

This report will include:

A homeowner preference worksheet, including:

•  Contact information, preference of contact type (email, phone, etc.)
•  Selection of proactive services for automatic scheduling
•  Listing of any services or projects homeowner is considering for the next 12 months

A detailed worksheet with information about the home. Examples of information captured include:

•  Age and type of home, including age of roof, etc.
•  Dimensions, approximate lot size, etc.
•  Mechanical information such as heater type/model, capacity of electrical panel, etc.
•  Current condition of the house, and other assets being managed.

A Yacht preference worksheet, including:

•  Age and type of Yacht.
•  Dimensions, approximate size, etc.
•  Mechanical information such as AC type, capacity of electrical system, etc.
•  Current condition of the yacht.

Our home and yacht database is updated as services are performed, and will be available upon request by the homeowner at any time. When you decide to use SALT to manage your home and/or yacht you will receive piece of mind along with benefits like:
